The word Christmas is almost like a prefix to the word celebration. Christmas is a time where you are either invited to a party or you yourself are throwing a party. The reason it is better to do this via e-mail because the post slows down during the Christmas season due to the sheer volume of the Christmas post. The next thing you need to do is start stocking up for the party. Depending on the people who you are inviting, it is best to stock food and drinks accordingly. If the people have no reservations in eating non-vegetarian, in particular beef and pork, you can keep that on the menu. But if some people are picky eaters then it is best to keep more of the generic food, what most people can eat like vegetarian or chicken, egg and fish. For the drinks, you can keep the hard liquor what you know most people will take. You may also keep a good amount of wine and champagne for the ladies.
